  • Applications for travel grant are available when you submit the abstract.
Travel Grant
KCR 2026 offers Travel Grant to INTERNATIOAL Scientists or Medical Doctors who present their abstract on-site who are eligible for all the conditions listed below.
You may apply for the Travel Grant when you submit the abstract, and the final recipients will be announced on this website after the KCR 2026 Academic Affairs Committee completes its review.

BEST Oral/Poster Presenters who complete the presentation on-site
Cash Prize for BEST Oral/Poster Presenters
- Oral Presenters: USD 1,000 / 50% off the registration fee
- Poster Presenters: USD 500 / 50% off the registration fee
Accepted abstract submitters after the abstract review
30% off the registration fee
Even if you submit multiple abstracts, you will be eligible to receive the Travel Grant for only one abstract.
The Travel Grant results for abstract submitters will be announced separately after the end of February 2026 on the KCR 2026 website’s notice board.
Please note that the Travel Grant will be awarded only once per presenter, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts.
If a presenter does not deliver the scheduled presentation, the Travel Grant will be canceled.
A valid form of identification (e.g., a passport) must be presented upon claiming the grant at the meeting.
