- Kai-Chun Wang, MD, is an attending physician in the Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology, Department of Medicine, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, and a PhD candidate in the Doctoral Program of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, College of Medicine, National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan. He received his MD from National Taiwan University and completed specialty training in internal medicine, allergy, immunology, and rheumatology at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. His clinical and academic interests focus on systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory arthritis, and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
